Original Engine Controller Control Box BX40H Water Temperature Control Board

1.Summary

    BX40H is an control box used to measure and display engine water temperature, oil pressure, battery voltage, and cumulative engine operation. It can start and stop the engine through the power lock. This control box has multiple protection functions, which can effectively implement protective parking when the engine is not working properly.

    This control box adopts high brightness LED digital display tubes, which are durable and long-lasting. Through the RS485 port, parameters can be adjusted and set to meet the needs of different application scenarios. In addition, the control box comes standard with an engine wiring harness to facilitate installation.

2.Main Features

    32bit high performance single chip microcomputer.

    4 screens high-light digital tube can demonstrate the parameters.

    Low oil pressure and high water temperature protection function.

    Variety of sensor curves' parameters is set inside.

    Sensor curve can be self-defined by PC.

    It has two analog input channels of sensors.

    The parameters can be set and adjusted by the button on the front face.

    With RS485 port, remote data monitoring can be realized by using Modbus Protocol , through the host computer can set parameters.

    It has high current alarm relay, one normally open and one normally closed output, which is convenient for users to use;
