1. Overview

This series of controllers is designed for the start, stop, parameter monitoring and fault monitoring of diesel, gasoline and gas generator sets and has parameter setting functions.

 

This controller uses a 2.8-inch 240*128 large-screen high-resolution LCD display, a new and original UI design, and the parameters are displayed through analog pointers and digital displays. The LCD screen can display multiple current fault states at the same time, and can effectively implement protective parking when the generator set is not working properly.

 

The controller has built-in display interfaces such as simplified Chinese and English, and the language interface can be customized according to customer requirements. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted through the controller panel buttons, or adjusted and monitored using a PC through the USB port or RS485 interface. It can be widely used in various types of generator set automation systems.

 

 

The DC4xC series has four models:

 

DC40C: used for single-machine automation, controls the automatic start and stop of the generator set through remote start signals, and has a CAN interface;

 

DC40CR: adds an RS485 port on the basis of DC40C;

 

DC42C: adds the control (AMF) function of mains monitoring and automatic switching of mains/generator on the basis of DC40C, suitable for a single-machine automation system consisting of one mains and one generator set;

 

DC42CR: adds an RS485 port on the basis of DC42C;

 

The main features are as follows:

 

It adopts 32-bit high-performance single-chip microcomputer control;

 

2.8-inch 240*128 large-screen high-resolution LCD display, with built-in Chinese and English switchable, and can customize the language according to customer needs;

 

The UI interface of pointer instrument plus digital display, a brand-new original design, combines dynamics and precision;

 

The screen protector adopts hard screen acrylic material, which is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant;

 

The silicone panel is effectively waterproof, oil-proof, and UV-proof, with good operating feel and long service life;

 

It has a USB interface, through which parameters can be set and monitored in real time, and parameters can be set when the controller is not powered;

 

It has an RS485 interface, and the "three remote" functions can be realized using the MODBUS protocol;

 

It comes standard with a CAN communication interface and a built-in J1939 protocol, which has been matched with more than 40 types of electronic fuel injection engines (only some models have it);

 

It collects and displays a variety of engine and generator parameters;

 

The input and output port status display is clear at a glance;

 

It has a built-in real-time clock with duty plan and maintenance plan functions: by setting, it can realize the arrangement of monthly or weekly duty plans for generator sets, and the arrangement of monthly or weekly maintenance plans for generators, so as to use the generator sets more flexibly;

 

It has a maintenance countdown function, and the maintenance timer or date can be set;

 

It has a black box function, which saves the relevant parameters of the unit in real time when a fault alarm occurs, making it easy to find the cause of the fault;

 

Equipped with 6 relay outputs, 4 of which are configurable, with more than 20 optional functions per channel;

 

Equipped with 4 configurable switch inputs, with more than 20 optional functions per channel;

 

Equipped with 3 sensor analog inputs, of which the oil pressure sensor is compatible with voltage signal input, and multiple display units are configurable;

 

Battery charging control, which can control the charger according to the battery voltage, effectively preventing battery overcharge and power loss problems;

 

The sensor curve can be customized through the panel buttons and PC software;

 

Applicable to three-phase four-wire, three-phase three-wire, single-phase two-wire, two-phase three-wire (120V/240V) power supply 50/60HZ system;

 

A variety of starting conditions (speed, frequency, oil pressure) combinations are available;

 

Control protection function: realize automatic start/stop of the generator set, ATS switching and complete fault display and protection;

 

Standard waterproof ring, after installation, the panel protection performance reaches IP65 level;

 

Modular design: All connections are completed through European-style wiring terminals, making the assembly, connection, maintenance and replacement of the equipment very easy and convenient;
